This chapter, this whole story, is more than I could have ever hoped for it to be. You are drawing so much together, binding all of the stories with this one. I am glad that Elrohir has finally confessed to Legolas, and that he now has cause to hope. My hope is that Legolas will deny his feelings no longer.

ooohhh, Elrohir is finally doing something about attaining what he wants. Really anticipating the next chapter, don't make us wait tooo long. And it seems Legolas felt something towards someone previously in Rohan, one would have thought he referred to Elrohir, but El seemed to imply someone else, so who knows?

Oh my *god*! Not only was this chapter as hot as hell, I simply can't get over the foreshadowning you've done with this whole series. NOW I understand that little exchange between Elladan and Elrohir in G&I 18 when Elrohir tells Elladan of a situation that once robbed him of joy but now gave him hope. I suppose I have to stop bagging Elladan now huh? I think I've already told you that I have a soft spot for Legolas and Aragorn so you can appreciate what an about face it is for that *I* of all people am horrified that Elrohir had the pain of knowing Legolas capable of loving, just not loving him in the way he desired. And I'm glad that Elrohir finally told Legolas that he had been sparing his feelings - that always felt a tad dishonest to me, even though I know why Elrohir did it.
I don't think I have the skill to convey just how much I am looking forward to the next chapter of this marvelous story! Oh I'm SURE you have a few twists and turns left to torture us all on our journey towards the inevitable, but I've decided that I'm going to try hard to enjoy the story without worrying too much! Though I'll probably be raving about something or other next chapter. BTW, I simply *loved* this Eressë:
"Of a sudden, he smiled and his smile reached out to the prince and ensnared him against his will. "
Yep Legolas is gone - he just has to let his head catch up with his heart. Let the games begin...

Eressë, I think I'm almost bouncing with excitement! Already I'm intrigued - Legolas unlocking his heart? ? T? To whom? Why didn't it work out? How can Elrohir be so calm about it? Or is that the reason he is finally going to tell Legolas how he feels? Okay I'll stop the inquisition now!
As always I'll be looking forward to the next update.
Marie :-)
