Well let me try this again. My computer is acting stupid and wonlet let me review.
I now have reached my limit of torture of Erestor. I have decided that I have only contempt for most of the elves in Imladris in your AU. I think that Elrond is the most despicable elf there is and his sons are very close behind. They have learned from his example. Legolas needs a tree up his wood elf *ss.
I think when Erestor is finally proven to be a noble and honorable elf I want those rotten elves, including Elrond and his misbegotten sons, on their knees in the courtyard for at least twenty four hours. And I think Erestor should tell Elrond to do his own work for himself until his child is grown to maturity.
You are going to let him have his child aren't you? I don't read elfling dead or tortured stories. I love elflings too much for that.
Well I spit in Elrond and his families general diren non now and I want Glorfindel home and his arms wrapped around Erestor as soon as you can manage it. giggle

I don't think it is possibel to say how much I truly love this story. I like the way the twins somewhat seem torn. At first it was Elrohir and now Elladan. I can't wait for Glorfindel to return and have it out with the three. I also wonder if Legolas will show that rape runs in his family. I pity poor Elrohir if that is true, but it could open up a path to healing and reconciliation for Erestor. Again, great story and keep up the excellent work!

Another fantastic chapter, as usual. I wonder what Elladan could tell in a five pages letter to his grandparents... maybe he's decided to put his brain to work and found that everything, from Erestor's pregnancy to the way Elrond is acting it's very strange. And Elrohir just made me sick. But there was the lovely Glorfindel, risking a trip to Imladris only to check on Erestor. And Erestor is beginning to feel somethinr Glr Glorfindel, as it seems, cause you only want to dream with someone if you're happy with them, don't you?. OK, enough babling. Keep on writing and posting, the story is marvelous.

I liked the premise and enjoyed the first few chapters, even though the writing style could use some refinement. However, the tale is just dragging on at this point. Chapter after chapter of Erestor getting punched and abused is just too much. I for one am about to give up unless this starts going somewhere. There is not enough suspense to keep me interested, my sympathy for Erestor's plight notwithstanding. At this point, the story is just an exercise in domestic torture with no resolution in sight. The plot development is, quite simply, too slow. I wish you the best of luck with your writing and will check in for a few more chapters, but I would strongly recommend that you pick up the pace.

He freaked out because they put him in the bed he got raped in didn't he. He's been avoiding that room like the plauge since the first chapter. I'm not suret het he was apologizing for though. Was it because he tried comminting suicide?

Legolas is showing some intresting aspects. The apple dosen't falr frr from the tree or maybe it's a case of mistaken identity. Lets asume that Thranduil didn't do it which leaves us with two blonds: Glorfindel and Legolas and Glorfindel wasn't there.

I hope you bring in Gladriel to straighten things out just because I love her character.

Update soon and often.

Mmm, maybe it's Elladan turn to think over the matter? To see the bastard he has for a father must be enough to make him think a lot. And Glorfindel is back, yay!!! Please, keep writing and posting, I actually LOVE your story.

I have to say your style of writing is really good, not boring and complicated, but very functional and 'easy going',elegant yet essential.
The plot is good, but I cannot stand Erestor, heheee, sorry that depends on my personal taste;I don't like the way you made Thranduil and Legolas be,but,of course, that too depends on me ;)
I'm sorry,I meant no offence with my opinion about the characters, but I only wanted you to know that you are really a good writer, though there are things I personally don't like (for I LOVE Thrandy and Leggy, especially when they play the nice guyz,eheheeee,^_^)
Keep writing girl!

You updated! Finally! I was so afraid there for awhile you weren't ever going to update! I was *dying* to read more of this... but then you kind of fell of the face of the planet there for a couple of weeks. You do know this is one of my fav stories right now...

Anyway, great chapter. Can I assume that maybe Elladan is starting to feel a little less hatred and a little more sympathy towards Erestor? I hope so. That poor elf... he spent so much time caring for the twins when they were younger and then Elladan goes and tells him he hated him in the other chapter and treated Erestor so horribly. My poor little heart almost broken! So is Glorfindel actually back? And what was Erestor going into hysterics for? Was it because he tried to commit suicide? I hope Elrond gets his head out of his ass soon and starts giving Erestor a break! Geez! I want to just smack him and everyone else trying to beat up and berate that poor advisor.

You know, if it wasn't actually Thranduil that raped him, how much can I bet that it was Legolas? He was there at the banquet and had just as much opportunity as anyone else. Plus, if it was dark, how could Erestor have told the difference between father and son and just automatically assumed it was Thranduil since he was the last one he saw before the incident. I mean, come on! Especially with Legolas acting so... I don't know... persistant (?) towards Elrohir with wanting to get him in the sack right now. OOOOOOHHH!!! What if he actually thought it was Elrohir in the room when it was really Erestor, and this whole mess is just a horribly gone wrong case of mistaken identites! OOOOOOOH PLOT BUNNIES!!!

Sorry... i know I'm getting a litte carried away, I know, but sometimes i can't help it... Anyway, how much longer until the baby is born? Is Elrond still going to try to take it away from Erestor when it's born or is the truth finally going to be revealed? I think you should have a huge scene with Erestor beginning to fade from grief after the baby's born and Glorfindel has to bond with him to keep him from dying...

Ah! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm going off on tangents again! You'll have to forgive me... ^_^ But mulling over this story in my head, I'vee upe up with so many ideas, I can't help trying to speculate how it's going to end. I hope you update soon! Maybe with Glorfindel here now, Erestor can find a bit more courage to go on. PLEASE update soon! PLEASE!!! I always look to see if this story's updated every day! Do hurry with more soon or i will be forced to sic my hoard of mini balrogs on you! ^_^
