Legolas is in denial. That is the only thing for it. Even Gimli, who has not known him long, can see it! Though, you appear to be making the Elven prince question their friendship? ooksooks to me like the "keep telling yourself that and maybe you will believe it" course of action. Imagine, it takes a Dwarf to make and Elf see reason. You have truly encompassed the friendship between Legolas and Gimli, for them to be able to speak to each other in this way.

I had *completely* forgotten about this little gem of Legolas' Eressë! It is truly brilliant the way you're weaving your story through Tolkien's masterpiece. Of course it is simply too good to leave alone because as you say it *is* an odd thing to say to people who would have at least seen the twins at Riverdale. The fact that we can add GIMLI of all people who know can see the love between Elrohir and Legolas just tickles me! And how cute is Legolas blushing to the tips of those lovely ears?! I know I'm being greedy because I actually got to read two updates today, but I can't help being very anxious to continue the story. I feel like a resolution is close. Amen to that!

Well well...it looks like Gimli has our prince thinking *bg*
The Paths of the dead are already better then they were with Jackson...since you followed the book and included the Rangers and of course Elladan and Elrohir :) I seem to be doing a lot of smirking and grinning in the review, probably because I found it very amusing and thank you for your rep reply to my reviews!

*Cringe* oh no! Next could be very bad... or very good. And what kind of effect will the sea-longing have on the situation I wonder. Ack! I'll be looking for the next EXCELLENT, LOVELY installment very eagerly. Sort of. Also for the HEART-WRENCHING, TORTUROUS next part very apprehensively. Grrrr... I'm torn.
