Lovely new chr, dr, dear!am iam intrigued as always. You have written Celebrian so proudly and Elrond equally matched. No wonder they were destined to be together. I am imagining a scene later in the story... but I don't want to descrit hit here for fear of letting the cat out of the bag, so to speak. I'm looking forward to reading the next installment of the story! Do you have an update list? Oh, and I love the way you've added to the "not slash" storyline. Glorfindel's explanation calmed my fears immensely. (/rant I do so despise consensual slash stories that have/do not have plots. Non-con with a deep plot (ex. Dark Memories) and angst that are well-written, but you run across them so rarely. /end rant) I love the descriptions of the garden. Do I sense something special taking place in the garden in later chapters? Dare we hope? See you next chapter!

Incredible imagery. So, it was all a dream at the beginning? Very subtle. I am totally interested in where the rest of this story will go. Will Elrond and Celebrian ever realize their true feeling? I surely hope so..ybe ybe when she's on the ship to Valinor, leaving dock, he'll realize that she loves hind hnd he has to wait an age to be reunited alinalinor. How terribly sad for both of them. Good set-up with Galadriel and Celeborn's arranged marraige idea. Entirely fabricated, of course... couldn't imagine Celeborn doing something like that to his little girless ess Galadriel told him it would be okay. Anticipating the next chap! Good job!

On a slightly nit-picky note, you've got several typos in there. Also referring to Elrond as a Peredhel is correct, but his epesse is Peil. il.
