Ah, what a beautiful celebration! The tree thing was so touching. Do not get me wrong but before I had the knowledge of elves and Lord of the Rings I always liked to hug the trees. They certainly pass some of their energy to you. Once I held a araucarius pinus of 550 years... it was exciting! So... planting a tree in symbol of love was really amazing. A great idea from you. Very nice. I am glad you decided continue writting, your story is really good. Thanks for updating.

i love this chapter, especially legolas' firm belief that he and giml were meant to bo together. gimli's thoughts he phe place of dwarves in the creation rda rda was so sad, but your portrayal of gimli's attitude about this was perfect. not bitter or angry, just accepting it as a fact and findine ste strength such a situation gives. wonderfully done!

I loved this chapter. Thranduil is so serious sometimes... but when he speaks about his children I imagine his eyes sparkling with the way you describe him. Lovely when he remembered of toddler Legolas and gave him the stones... Thanks for updating today!
