Oh I see, so Legolas trusts the twins with his life but not with Nimeithel's virtue! ROTFLOL. I was especially amused by his direction thae noe not be left alone with either Twin! Bit jealous are we Legolas??

As usual a great part. Next one please.

I don't think that I have mentioned how much I absolutely *adore* your story lately. Alas, I have been to engrossed in waiting for the next chapter to review properly. Which seem to be getting shorter as the story progresses, but that could just be me.

But that's not the point. I love how you handled Melthoron in these chapters. Melthoron learing of his own wants from one that he doesn't care for (to say the least), was amazing. I love how unnerved he is when Elladan reveals himself. The twins are absolutely wicked, but that's why we love them so. I don't quite know why, but Melthoron accepting Elladan's advances so readily bothers me. Not that it's a problem, just a minor tick.

I don't know if this is just me, but everytime that I read Melthoron's name, I keep thinking of melethron. Was this sort of intentional, or just my overactive brain?

Anyways, I'm curious as to see how Elladan handles Nemethiel's attraction towards him. Will he accept it, or turn her down because she is Legolas' sister? Your story has me constantly in suspense. Mayhap we will see more elf-lovin' with Elrohir and Legolas? Then again, I have a horribly dirty little mind when it comes to those two.

Oh, I was wondering if you also plan to include the events during the war? It should be interesting to see how Elrohir and Legolas' relationship evolves.

As always, wonderful writing and I look forward to the next chapter. Soon, I hope...

Forgive me for misspelling Nimeithel's name. It's very late, and I don't know what I was thinking...Good lord I wasn't even close! Sorry again. I never was that great at spelling.

So is Thranduil going to loose two of his children to the twins? It's sure looking that way, even if Legolas is still in denial. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Hi Pervy Elf,

I'm not fond of replying to reviews publicly and much prefer to respond via email but you raised a subject I've been receiving mail about. Re the names of the original characters--they were mostly either names created by Tolkien himself which he ultimately did not use in The Hobbit, LOTR or The Silmarillion (like Ailios, Almariel and Grithnir) or I put together names based on Sindarin words. Hence, Melthoron means golden eagle, Brethildor is roughly beech lord, Nimeithel is white spring, Ithilwen means moon lady, Sirgon is river stone, Mithrael means grey lake, Heledir ingfingfisher, Tathariel is willow maiden and so on and so forth. If we go by Legolas' name in particular it seems the Greenwood Elves had very poetic, nature-inspired names and I wanted to capture that. A very few are completely meaningless I admit (such as Helmir and Iorwen) but I tried to keep them as elvish-sounding as possible.

As for Melthoron readily accepting Elladan's advances, well, let's just say that r fir five years of simultaneous temptation and repression, he was ripe for the picking with someone kne knew how to do it. Considering the twins' experience and expertise in that area... you get the picture. But it's ok if you feel uneasy with this premise. I don't expect everyone to agree with me on this. The more opinions, the merrier and the more interesting.

There will definitely be more elf-loving between Elrohir and Legolas as you put it. They are the point of the whole series after all. But Elladan does get his moment in the spotlight. And yes, I will include events from the War of the Ring but not extensively or in great detail. I only used events that will directly affect Elrohir and Legolas' future together.

To Shattered_Light, I can't promise I'll never stop writing! But I can promise several more stories, including three novellas, before this series comes to an end and maybe a couple of unrelated fics afterwards (also Legolas/Elrohir) that I wrote just for the fun of it.

Thanks for such wonderful reviews. I always learn something from your feedback. Hope you're all enjoying the holidays.

warmest regards,
Eressë

*lol*!!

Bottom it is than *bg* Oh dear...what I said in my previous review was just a casual comment. I had no idea I would be right (although I very much wanted to be right :) )!!
Anyway...as you have guessed, I really like this turn of events *g*. Will something more come of it or is the sister going to jump Elladan?

Your work continues to be a delight. You are so very talented and imaginative and I'm always very pleased and
curious when I see you've added a chapter. Loved your recent plot twists. I can only hope you will want to continue
to write for as long as I'm prepared to read. That, my friend, will be for a very long time indeed!
