I wonder if Legolas will ever see that he and Elrohir belong together.

AWWWWW.....
I just love your series. The growing relationship between Legolas and Elrohir is just beautiful. I have read too many stories where they just jump into bed with each other after one chapter, but your stories show real feelings behind even the simplest gesture. I eagerly await the next part!!!!!!!!!

I love this series and watching how Elrohir and Legolas' relationship develops. Elrohir is wonderfully affectionate and vulnerable in regards to his feelings for Legolas, who he obviously loves. *Sigh* So good...

It was to be expected that Legolas would comfort Elrohir in this way. Very nicely done again.
You know I have voted for you on:

I'm still crying and I've read and re-read this chapter about 4 times. Bravo! You've taken a situation that could have been base and oportunistic and turned it into an act of true and binding friendship between Elrohir and Legolas. If ound this declaration by Legolas especially touching:
“You ar hea heart’s brother, I cannot conceive of life without you at my side.”
Interesting he says *heart's* brother rather than sworn or blood brother now isn't is?! I also found it interesting that he didn't feel 'complete' until he was joined with Elrohir. I *loved* the tenderness and the raw, real emotion Legolas is feeling, complete with self doubt and anxiety.
Okay, so I may have in the *past* displayed a some impaitence about the fact that the romance between Elrohir and Legolas is not happening quickly. But I have seen the light! The joy of this series IS the fact that the romance is building *slowly* deepening and maturing as elves do. At the risk of sounding like a syncophant, I'm going to say thanks again for png tng this series. Have a lovely time with your family over the holidays. Of course your loyal readers will be here and paitently waiting to see what happens next. Though perhaps I'm being hasty and you have another (or perhaps several) chapters to add to part 12. Well you can't blame a girl for trying!

Eressë ,
I confess I had *dreams* about this series while I was on holidays and I actually wondered how you were going to tackle this issue. You're doing an absolutely heartwrenching job so far. I can totally understand where Elrohir is coming from thinking that Legolas' mother got the better end of the deal by dying. Only knowing that Celebrain *does* find peace in Valinor is keeping me from losing it completely, though of course Elrohir doesn't know that yet. Poor Elf. Thank goodness Legolas has his back. You see? I think I *am* obsessing over these stories, but in my defence I will say that they are BRILLIANT stories to get sucked into to. Again THANK YOU for posting them here. It goes without saying that I'm waiting quite impaitently for the next few updates!
