Hmm, this is ly gly good so far. I do like the scene between Glorifindel and Legolas. It covered such a wide range of emotions, it was funny, and tender, and a bit heartbreaking (poor little Greenleaf) I am very excited about this story and I cannot wait to read more. I have a few issues with how you are characterizing Legolas, but it works for the story, so I will not make any complaints ^_^ So when do we get more slashy goodness?

A couple of things I wish to say about this chapter and the next. For starters, happy New Years as well. Next, not only females read slash stories, both genders will, myself included. Second, the way you explained Legolas’ attitude in this makes it sound like he’s haviemalemales hormones running rampant through his body, not regular testosterone.

Most females who write get this wrong, so don’t worry. But all women should know men act much differently then women, the exact way you described it made him sound like he was going through the menstrual cycle except without the females reproductive parts, but of course it’s because of those parts that women go through it so Legolas’ just doesn’t make sense.

Part of it could be explained off by frustration from his fears and family, but he wasn’t broken by what the orc did, and he still does have his Imladris family to take care of him, and then tare are mostly males, so he’s not going to turn out like a female.

And lets face it, the reason these elves are so sexually attractive is because they ARE males, and they ARE extremely hot. Why don’t we keep them as males and hot, and stop writing them as females. And while that sounds like it could be meant mean, I do not intend it as such so please do not take any offence.

Sincerely, Relenquinix

I love this story - your Legolas is so very lovable that I was captivated from the first. The slow healing over time is wonderful, and I'm very much looking forward to further slashy moments! Thank you! Zoe

Ch 10 and 11 - Oh how absolutely wonderful!! I hope you had a lovely holiday, and I'm so happy you gave us this gift for the New Year. Legolas is growing and and I love it. You handled the scene in the woods beautifully. I felt nothing but love and trust in the moment. I honestly could not imagine this story going in any direction other than where you have taken it. It is just as I would want it to be. Your story, and Laurelin's "Wish Upon the Stars" series, are the two best lotr fics I think I've ever read. Thank you so much for sharing it! I was really looking forward to it.

Ah, I'm in love with this story! But Legolas needs to grow up faster and get together with Elrond and Glorfindel! I definitely agree with you about Legolas in Return of theg. Ag. Absolutely gorgeoAnd And the circlet... *melts* When he entered Frodo's room in Rivendell, everyone in the theatre started clapping! Haha, Legolas was the only one they clapped for too! It was wonderful. I'm definitely seeing that movie again. And so much slash evidence. ^__^ How he was racing to try to save Aragorn.... heheee, don't want to spoil anything for anyone else, but you know what I'm talking about? He was so... panicked. Write more soon please! Legolas is REALLY cute in this fic.

Jeez, I have been so busy I haven't been able to check back on this. I've never read 'The Hobbit', a few people I know have but I personally never had. I was so sad, he had to give the dragon back! Glorfindel was mean, attacking her like that.... he should be... uh... i dunno. ::shrugs::

Well update again soon, and if I don't review ya before the holiday,

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Oh, yes, I like! No, wait, I LOVE! Very much indeed!

Especially Erestor. I loved him when he was cranky, but I think I love him even more now that I know the reason behind his temper. Too right of the other elves not to say anything in the pool, probably would revert him back to how he was.

I just hope Glorfindel's bandage didn't get aet after the twins' folling around. But Leggy's little comment was SO cute!

Thank you very much! My eyes are now blood-shot from crying so much when Leggy had to say goodbye to his frined. Happy now? Do you like making your faithful readers and reviewers shed a few tears each and every chapter? 'Vos if you do, then I think perhaps you love it so much you may just go out of your way just to make it happen! lol

And, sorry, but what does 'major-domo' mean? I've never heard of it before.

Anyway, got a lot of other stuff to do, so, can't wait for the next update, hope it's soon,

Luv Mawgy
