Although, it's nice to respond to individual reviewers, it takes up a lot of time. I started doing that once but then just said, "screw it!" Anyway, back to your chapter. Whew! I don't know what it is but it is great! Don't may any mind to flamers and just keep doing what you're doing; it great.
