Secrets, secrets, secrets. Whew. That was a big one. So Thranduil is a mommy just like his son. You know communication is key in family life. Unfortunately if we had this in the House of Oropher we wouldn't have had a story so we need lots of secr So Sounds like from your teaser we will get some more in the next chapter also.
I don't think Legolas should go for a walk. I think he will run into a certain prince who will give him a very bad time. The course of true love is definitely not going to run smooth.

Well true love fulfilled at last and adar will get off their backs. Now it seems you have some other obstacles in their way. Good for you. I enjoy this and want to read more.

I just re-read the last chapter and its memeo at the end of it.So,Thranduil is hiding a secret that concerns Legoand and might as well Haldir?Oooo,this is getting better all the time.

It is getting really intriging. I have been away for several weeks and find a mystery at hand. Cannot wait to see if my guess about Haldir's secret is correct. Thank you for this wonderful tale. I am enjoying it immensly.

So Thranduil's chickens are coming home to roost. Good. He can suffer a little now that things aren't going to go his way. He can relent or lose his son and any heirs he might have provided.
I think since Princess Arbor thinks the king is so handsome she should just marry him. That way the king can just kiss Legolas off and he and Haldir can go live in 'Lorien and be happy.
